I hit the big Five O on Tuesday. I'm really thankful for my renewed health and could not help but reflect what life was like for me just a year ago.
Wow, time really flies. I can't believe that 2012 is almost half gone.
I have some thoughtful friends that made my birthday extra special and I wanted to share some pictures of their gifts to me.
First, I received a lovely package from my friend Arcadia in France. Among the things she sent was this lovely cross stitch that she created into a very cute purse.

On Monday I received this lovely stitched piece and a French cross-stitch pattern from my friend
BeckySC.
