This second picture is of the amaryllis that Justine's boyfriend gave her when she was a freshman in college. She will be starting her junior year in August, and this is the first time that it has bloomed. We were all very happy about that, because for the longest time, it only had leaves.
Thanks so much for taking time out of your busy lives to visit my blog. I appreciate your kindness.

I love the key hanger, Julianne. It looks wonderful with your stitching! And I guess the amaryllis was waiting until the right time to bloom! It's beautiful!
ReplyDeleteWhat a thoughtful gift for a very thoughtful stitcher. I know she appreciates it.
ReplyDeleteHi Julianne! Must tell you, I do read yours regularly - my time available for commenting is sooo low, that I guess it looks like I am never here! So sorry - will work on that ;-) I love what you made for Becky!
