It's been quite some time since I've posted here. I was very busy stitching gifts and ornaments. I was a participant in Becky's Birthday and Christmas exchange group and my partner
Irene has her birthday a few days before Christmas.
For her birthday gift I stitched a design over one in DMC 115 and finished it as a stitcher's tin.

I knew from looking at her blog that she likes The Prairie Schooler so I chose to stitch the annual santa from 1986

Happy New Year to all of you. May 2008 be a healthy and happy year for you and everyone you hold dear.
Julianne, that is one gorgeous tin. Irene is one lucky exchange partner.
